Nortel BCM Business Communications Manager 400 Wins 2007 Internet Telephony Excellence Award
Internet Telephony magazine awarded the 2007 Internet Telephony Excellence Award to the Business Communications Manager 400 . BCM400 is an all-in-one platform providing business communication needs to small and mid-sized businesses or branch offices with 30 - 200 digital users or 90 IP telephone users. It delivers complete, integrated converged voice and data services - using traditional telephony or IP telephony, or a combination of both. Customer Interaction Solutions magazine awarded the 2007 TMC Labs Innovation Award to the Nortel Business Communications Manager 50 . BCM50 is an all-in-one, affordable platform for converged voice and data communications for small to medium business with 3 to 20 users, yet scalable to serve more than 40. BCM50 provides advanced capabilities such as robust telephony features, voice messaging and unified messaging, IP networking, Internet access, contact centers with skills-based routing, and IP telephony. BCM50 Receives TMC Labs 2005 Innovation Award for INTERNET TELEPHONY® Magazine
The Nortel Business Communications Manager 50 (BCM50), launched in May 2005, is designed to support sites with 3 to 20 stations. According to TMC Labs, BCM50 is ideal for SMBs that require advanced capabilities like unified messaging, IP networking, skills-based routing and IP telephony to a user’s desktop. TMC Labs reported that BCM50 installation and configuration are very easy to do – which is important to an SMB who may not have its own dedicated telecom department or IT staff. Also noted is the fact that the BCM50 sports hundreds of robust telephony features – something you usually only see in high-end PBXs.
"BCM50 has clearly demonstrated to the staff of TMC Labs that Nortel's product is truly innovative in the burgeoning VoIP/IP telephony industry.
