ShoreWare Director is a web-based management interface that provides a single point of control for all voice services across all locations. When a new user is added to the ShoreTel system, he or she automatically gets an extension, mailbox, and auto-attendant profile. Furthermore, the new user can easily be added to an ACD group and will receive an email to download their desktop software. All of this is done from a single management screen. This eliminates the confusion caused by multiple PBXs, voice mail systems, automated attendants, and ACD systems - each with its own management interface.
