License-based upgrades are now orderable for the Unified Communications 500 Series models. This allows upgrades from the 8-user, desktop form factor version to the 16-user version. In addition, the 24-user system, available in the 19-inch rack mount form factor, can be upgraded to either a 32- or 48-user system. An upgrade from 48-users to 64-users
