The IP Office acts as an IP telephony server with Quality of Service (QoS) support through DiffServ for routing and up to 128ms of Echo cancellation depending on Voice Compression Module (VCM) card

IP Office 4.0 and above supports SIP trunking to Internet Telephony Service Providers. This approach
allows users with non-SIP phones to make and receive SIP calls
